(More customer reviews)DO NOT BUY A BAGSTER!!!!! The product itself seems to be fine. The customer service is probably the worst that I have ever seen. The day of my bagster pickup I came home to find it sill sitting in my driveway with no note attached, no phone call, nothing. I called customer service to find out the problem, and they had no information to give me but assured me that they would call me back and get it resolved. Next day no phone call and no pickup. Called back and got yes sir we will get it rescheduled and picked up ASAP. Three days pass and no call, etc. I call them back after noticing a $50 fee on my credit card from them. After speaking to a rep I asked to be transfer to a manger but was transfer to scheduling. Finally she transfers me to a manager. Then she tells me all sorts of BS about not being able to access the bagster in my driveway (BTW - my drive is 35 feet long and 11 feet wide with plenty of space to get in and out. Then they said it was obstructed by a Ford Explorer (There was no car in my driveway at the time plus I don't own Explorer and live alone). My question was why didn't the driver a) call me b) leave a note. Of course these questions cannot be answered. After asking for a refund for my $50 I get answer that she will forward it to her Ops Manager who will then decide if I get my money back. Of course I will never see this money again.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR - if you can, pile the debris somewhere on your property cover it with a tarp and call a LOCAL junk/debris removal company. You will save at least $70, a giant headache, and can sleep well knowing that you are supporting a local business instead wasting your money with Waste Management.
