(More customer reviews)I am new to using a wire cheese slicer. I love this device for slicing mozzarella cheese. I can get the perfect thickness for easily melting on my sandwich in the microwave. I have no clue when it comes to the kitchen, but after getting uneven slices with my super sharp $600 knives I decided to spring for this $10 gem. I LOVE IT!!!
